Nine Phelps Dunbar Attorneys Named to Top 2% of Lawyers in Florida

TAMPA – Jun 28, 2012 – Nine attorneys from Phelps Dunbar’s Tampa office were voted to Florida Trend magazine’s “Legal Elite” this week, a peer-voted list that ranks the top 2% of more than 67,000 active Florida Bar members.

The “Legal Elite” ranking asks in-state members of the Florida Bar to vote for attorneys they highly regard or recommend. Each attorney then receives a score based on the number of votes cast for him or her, with more value given to votes from attorneys not in the same firm.

The Phelps Dunbar partners  named “Legal Elite” and their practice areas are:

The “Legal Elite” list also asked active Florida Bar members to vote for “Up & Comers” under 40 years of age who have shown leadership in law. Patrick M. Mosley, a Phelps Dunbar associate practicing in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, earned this distinction.
